Fast forward to June 2022, we get the roof cleaned and there are cracks and mortar missing etc. We call these guys again. They come out give a quote. We say OK. When they get here, we tell them hey you "fixed" the roof 6 mo ago, what happened. This, Jack guy, says oh I don't know, I need to get with Jeff to get it fixed again, we want to do right by you blah blah and leaves... and that is it... he did not answer my calls or texts from that moment on. My BF called from a different number, Jack answers that call magically... same story... we'll come out and repair it, I'll drop by and take care of it... and again - nothing. He disappears again. So they charged the realtors for work they did not do and vanished. We were willing to pay for the repairs again. We were trying to hire them for gutters too. 1000% liars. And then turned out he quoted me 2x more for the repairs anyways! Good riddance!

I called Drew and he didn't return my call. My boyfriend called seven times. He finally called back. He came to my home to fix his the way he installed the gutter. Fortunately my boyfriend was here. Drew was very rude. He complained that his wife was upset we called too many times. I would not recommend him to anyone.
