The WORST customer service EVER! I will NOT step foot back into this store ever again due to the…read morelack of courtesy and respect. Upon my walking in, I was almost tackled by a woman telling me that I couldn't carry my bag (purse) around the store and she pointed to the lockers in which I was to lock it up. The request could have been friendlier. It is not kind to treat customers as if you feel they are going to steal something from your store!! Within 5 minutes of looking around for sweaters for my 5th grade daughter who was with me, she pointed out that other women had their purses. I just HAD to make this point to the same lady that was rude to me, my first time in this establishment. Then I was waived off with her hand as if my complaint was of no importance and had a small giggle with the other worker! I could not bring myself to finish looking around this place in good will. I tried to put this out of my mind and continue on but when you treat people as if you don't need their business then perhaps you shouldn't be in business! People that act like this are despicable and from what I could tell, there was nothing in this store of immense quality! Shop in a business where they will smile and treat you kindly and offer you assistance not a headache! Shame on this place!!! ZERO stars deserved!

This was my go to place for the local grocery store. There was a huge selection of snacks and…read moredrinks. Fresh fruits and meats were easily found and well stocked. I was even surprised that there was a sushi section with fresh sushi and Asian items. Everything was placed and easily found. German efficiency at it's best. The staff were helpful despite the language barrier. The only thing is that Germans are used to bank cards over credit cards so be wary of that. The store itself was clean and well maintained. You do have to pack all your items yourself and they are used to the patrons being quick so keep that in mind.

There isn't often a wide selection, but you shouldn't have a problem finding in-season staples. I find the rest of the store layout to not quite flow in a way that makes complete sense to me, so I'm often struggling to find things even tho I've been more than a few times. With that said, they have these amazing ginger shots that I have yet to find anywhere else so I always buy them up when I see them. They also have a nice wine and beer selection. If you're American and saving receipts for VAT, they don't have a very clearly defined process here. We did it for a month but it was so confusing and such a headache that we've decided to just use edeka for our one of needs and go to different stores to save our VAT receipts. Will I return? Absolutely. But it's still not my favorite.

They have a cool feature where you can design your stuff at home, it'll give you a code and you can plug that code in to the computers downstairs and it'll tell you how to get your items. As for COVID precautions, there's plenty of hand sanitizer and there are markings on the floor for safe social distancing. There are also plexiglass dividers to keep the employees safe when they are checking out the customers. Can't wait to come back for the meatballs when COVID is over!

I am in no way incredibly overweight or obese (not to say that that's not okay) but as someone who's not even plus size and can't find one pair of jeans that fit somewhat comfortably makes me so sad. PLEASE EXPAND YOUR SIZES. Every single time I go, I genuinely look through every single pair of jeans and I usually only find one style of jeans that have my size. Like literally one pair of jeans throughout the whole store. Not to mention the skirts only go up to a certain size, which of course I can't fit into. It makes me sad to think that one of my favorite stores doesn't provide jeans for people of reasonable sizing, like damn sorry I'm not a size XS. I don't know, other than that I've really had no trouble with the top sections. They're all made of somewhat stretchy comfortable material so I'm not gonna complain about that. I just honestly wish they would include more plus size or medium sizes to they're bottoms category.
