I didn't…read morequite realize what the gorgeous cabin overlooking the lake by St. Bartholoma was when I first encountered it. It wasn't until I saw the little drawing of a fish and plume of smoke billowing from the chimney there that I realized what a gem I'd stumbled upon. There's a to-go counter and also a place to sit down and order some fresh smoked fish. The salmon was unbelievable. It doesn't get better than deliciously salty smoked fish, a cold beer and the mountains. Truly a wonderful place!
