The drive-through is never working, when it is you sit in line for half an hour with one car in front of you. Tellers are exceptionally slow painfully slow. The remaining location has the WORST drive through ever. I have spent 10-15 minutes from the time I sent the tube until my transaction was complete. I have given up on the drive through and now go inside. This has increased the speed by a couple of minutes. Yesterday I walked in the lobby and there was one person being helped at the window and no one in the drive through. There was 3 employees behind the counter and two managers came in and out. I waited 8 minutes until help was offered. Many times the staff is huddled talking and ignoring customers. I have seen this behavior multiple times. it might be time to move all of our accounts to another bank.

When I complained to Jeremy, a manager he was horribly rude and threatened to "personally" ruin my credit. I have never been treated so badly as a customer. I asked a different nicer manager to see the loan contract, she admitted that it didn't exist, and she knew the employee of US Bank who opened the fraudulent loan without my signature. On 7/28/2022 the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau fined US Bank $37.5 million for accessing credit reports and opening accounts without permission. They have been ordered to forfeit and return fees and costs to all unlawfully harmed consumers. Please protect yourself and don't bank with US Bank
