I had to run into the office today, so the team naturally decided it was brunch o'clock. We landed at First Watch in Bellevue, and let me say, it did not disappoint. The vibe inside is warm and inviting, with open seating and that cozy farmhouse feel. Think of bright natural light, rustic touches, and a layout that makes you feel at home without being cramped. We were seated immediately and welcomed by Wendy, a ray of sunshine. She had us smiling before the menus even hit the table. We started with drinks--some coffee, water, sweet tea, and a glorious Coke Zero. You read that right. It is officially a Coke Zero establishment, and my heart is happy. I went with the Tri-Fecta: scrambled eggs, bacon, and the carrot cake pecan pancake. That pancake deserves its own fan club. My coworkers ordered the Elevated Egg Sandwich with salad greens and lemon vinaigrette and the Bacado omelet with potatoes and a side of salad greens. We were clearly trying to balance the indulgence with some greens, and it worked out perfectly. The food came out quickly; everything was hot and fresh, and honestly, it looked ready for a photo shoot. Taste-wise? Even better. Every bite was delicious, and Wendy kept the good vibes going with drink refills, to-go cups, and menu recommendations like a true pro. Another thing worth mentioning is that they have a scan-to-pay option on the receipt. No waiting, no awkward back-and-forth. Just a quick scan, and you're done. Will I be back next time I'm in Bellevue? Absolutely. Wendy, save me a seat and a pancake!

Quaint brunch spot! I always enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and cozy brunch foods. I love that everything on the menu has a unique twist on classic cafe meals. Nothing is basic! My power breakfast quinoa bowl was filling and hearty. I ordered a side of gluten free toast and was a little disappointed to only get one slice of un-buttered toast. But for gluten free bread- it was pretty tasty, and the jam helped. The service was quick and I'm glad they let you know that you pay at the counter when you are done.

Great start to the brunch date with friends - Server asks "care for a carafe of coffee," we're all immediately answering "yes." Options for French vanilla creamer, sugar, sugar alternatives (Splenda). It set the tone for a great brunch! Ordered the farmhouse hash, which is a beautiful collaboration of over-hard eggs, avocado slices, bacon topping some crispy tasty seasoned potatoes! I ordered a Mint Mocha Iced Coffee, which actually changed my life with how delicious and sweet it was! Love this location, would 100% go get brunch here again!

Food was so delicious we forgot to take a picture..loved the atmosphere..the server was "Lexi"and she was wonderful! I had the Market place potato skillet...lots of veggies and goat cheese with eggs over easy on top! We drank a couple pitchers of coffee too...loved the food!

First Watch. Good ole reliable. Our favorite breakfast spot in Bellevue for carry out or dine in, the foods always great, orders correct and the service is fast and helpful. We tend to get the same items over and over but sometimes we venture out of our normal and try something new, and it's always fabulous too. The Bellevue location has complimentary parking in the lot out front. Prices are reasonable for the portions, and they have a seasonal menu that changes often always offering a new variety! They have multiple locations, all have the same ambience and style of decor. All have been very clean!

This place is so cute! The service is amazing and I love their holiday menu! The chickichanga is my new favorite dish for breakfast because the sauce and chicken are amazing in it! This was my second time here and I'm absolutely going to be coming around more often.

I came here with a large group, around 10 people. Usually when that happens, there is always potential for long waits for food, someone waiting longer than everyone else to get their order, waiting forever for checks, etc. We had a reservation and zero issues. Great service, food all came out as ordered in a timely manner and our individual checks (sorry) were all correct. Great breakfast sandwich too! Solid spot for breakfast and tons of options, would return.

SUCH A WONDERFUL BREAKFAST SPOT!!! I was traveling through Omaha and found this First Watch location and it was DELICIOUS! The Services was quick and friendly and super helpful. The Place was so clean and cute - such great morning vibes to inspire you for the rest of the day. We ordered the veggie omelette, blueberry pancakes, morning hash, orange juice, and coffee. It was delicious!!! Get the pancake - it's unique and crispy

My friend and I ordered to-go from here. Our food was ready at the exact time I requested. Our food was packed nicely and with everything we ordered. My avocado toast was delicious - packed mile high with fresh avocado! The scrambled eggs were fluffy and seasoned perfectly. I can't wait to eat in the restaurant for table side service!

If you are wanting a traditional breakfast don't come here! They couldn't even cook my eggs right, and the biscuits and gravy was awful.

I have heard countless amazing reviews about Felius from everyone to friends, family, coworkers,…read moreand even someone who used to volunteer with them! I brought my sister for their Saturday kitten yoga and it was seriously one of the best experiences I have ever had in Omaha. I never thought I would get the opportunity to do something like this, so when I saw the listing on their Instagram, I immediately bought tickets. When we arrived at Felius, we were greeted by the friendliest and kindest staff, who were very helpful in guiding us through the process. I had never been so I was not sure what to expect, but I was truly wowed. First of all, the yoga instructor was very kind and helpful, and I felt her yoga routine was very soothing and easy to follow for all ages. I am not necessarily great at yoga but I found it simple to follow along, and I loved her guided meditation and the soothing music that accompanied the workout. The kittens they had in the room were absolutely the cutest and most darling animals I have ever seen, and if anything it was difficult to focus not because they were disruptive, but of how stinking cute they were! At one point a kitten even jumped on my back while in cat/cow pose, and I caught it on video! The kittens and cats were so friendly and well-behaved, and it is evident they are super comfortable around people. By the end we were even given around 30 minutes of play time with them, which is honestly the best deal since there were not many of us! I will be coming back for sure, and bringing my friends too!!!

I refuse to spend my money at an establishment who won't treat a customer with basic respect. If you're seriously looking to adopt a kitten or cat. Just go to the animal shelter. You'll be able to get a friendly smile and work with people who actually want to get the animal a home.

I like to come here to get work and studying done as they have plenty of seating. It has tasted very milky with very little coffee or syrup flavor. Their hot chocolate also did not have a rich flavor and just tasted like chocolate milk. The Swiss cheese and mushroom quiche, however, was good.

Astute is very truly a GEM among the Omaha coffee shop community…read more You can expect warm hospitality, bright and spacious seating areas, thoughtfully made pour overs and a fun seasonal menu. When I get the chance to sit somewhere for awhile, Astute is my first choice. It's generally quiet enough to read or study, and the pour over service is truly exceptional. Astute's employees' commitment to serving their clients well and learning about the nuances of each coffee make for an excellent adventure each time. ++also, they carry Pettit's Pastries and you're gonna need to grab a donut while you're here. The branding and overall vibe feel intentional, and I genuinely appreciate their mission and what they're trying to build in Omaha. That part really stands out. That said, the coffee itself didn't quite hit for me. I ordered a seasonal latte and was excited for something distinctive, but the flavor felt pretty muted. It tasted more like a standard latte than something seasonal or layered. Not bad by any means -- just not memorable. I'd still come back to try something else because the space and concept are strong. I just hope the drinks lean a little more bold next time.
