I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Anita when shopping for auto and condo insurance. She…read morewas patient, knowledgeable, and very responsive to my needs. I have years of experience in the insurance industry, with both Allstate and Homesite, so I can definitely tell when someone is a subject matter expert. By switching my car insurance from Progressive to State Farm I am saving over $80 a month with higher coverage, and I am saving $600 a year on my Condo insurance. Even if the prices had been similar I still would have switched simply based on the excellent service provided by Anita and the ability to actually speak to or visit their local office. I had pretty much given up on the idea of ever receiving quality service again, but Anita renewed my faith and I couldn't be happier. For those of you who live in Newport News or Hampton, I can assure you it is worth the 10 minutes from the corner of Jefferson and Mercury so don't let the Carrollton address keep you away. I can assure you it is worth the trip. Just don't come during rush hour...or as I call it, The Carrollton Crawl! Thanks again Anita! You have put my mind at ease and made this a really pleasurable experience. God bless! Leslie
