Kevin and Cynthia were awesome in helping us book a bus, and even coming up with a list of cool things to see while we were in Juneau! Instead of booking individual tours through our cruise ship (we were a group of 19 friends and family), we chartered a bus from First Student, and came up with our own itinerary. We hit Shrine of St. Therese, Mendenhall Glacier and Visitor Center and the Salmon Hatchery! We even booked a whale watching charter, for which First Student wouldve brought us to mid-itinerary, but due to weather, it was cancelled. But no worries...we got to spend more time at our other stops. Katie, our bus driver, was super friendly and shared her knowledge about Juneau along the way. If you're in the area and have a large group, First Student is the way to go!! Be sure to tip your driver! read more
