She explains everything she will be doing before doing it, as it may be triggering to past trauma. She's gentle, caring, and kind. The office is pleasing and comfortable. We have developed the A.R.T. method that has helped thousands of patients. The pelvis is the grand central station of the body. All movements from upper and lower extremeties pass through the pelvis. When the pelvis is out of Alignment (A) this causes muscle imbalance surrounding and within the pelvis. Once the pelvis is aligned, the 2nd step is to begin Releasing (R) the muscle imbalances which can be found surrounding the knees, feet, hips, upper back and shoulders.
