I don't know, but they've served our every need. Although Arvest is a large bank, it isn't a mega bank, like Chase, Bank of America. There seems to be nobody with authority to discuss this further or appeal the decision. I suppose it is since the bank was acquired by Farmers & Merchants that this kind of behavior has come to be. I'm also annoyed by their conversion of some branches to ATM and video teller only. I now would have to drive a long way to get some of the services that are not available from the machines. My beef is not with this branch. My beef is with centennial online/mobile banking. i created a yelp…read moreaccount solely because my experience with centennial has been so awful, and their customer service lines are closed on the weekends. Good thing people don't need to use their money on the weekends right? Opened my app and tried to sign in with my passcode which immediately notified me of an error. The app then prompted me to sign in with user/password. It says my password is incorrect. I was locked out and went through a full reset last month, and recorded all login credentials on paper and have used them since then, they are NOT incorrect. Now I'm doing it again. This is the 4th or 5th time this has happened. I try to reset my password but it doesn't work. I fill in all required fields and submit, and the page completely clears everything I've typed and reloads the page, prompting me to fill in all the fields AGAIN. I saw a review stating the same problem from 2023 so clearly no moves have been made to make this a better bank. I think it's time for me to make a move to a better bank, one that lets me access my accounts or maybe one that doesn't glitch out every few months requiring a full reset.

I know of a case in which a person lost their loved one and they were the POD ...BUT the bank stated they read an obituary and determined she had siblings which is not true. The money has been sitting in this account for almost 18 months because they will not pay it out based on THEIR belief of something they have no legal way of determining in the first place. Everyone just beware they may use this or any other means to keep your money from your or try to force you to pay thousands of dollars for legal work that is not necessary. Just beware and take your money to a national bank.

I mean they fix their error once it's brought to their attention. But no apology. And not-friendly attitude. I've asked to have this branch manager call me to return my calls, but have never heard back from her. Multiple times. I guess everyone there is just working for a paycheck.
