That means I pass through Somerset on the steady and have been hitting up places all through the hamlet. Cue another episode of vehicular banking. I ended up dodging other banks to get here. I did this on purpose as I knew 1st Summit is a bank that will take my deposit. When I did make my way here I did not know how far into Somerset it was. Most banks are near the shopping plazas, but this one is in the heart of Somerset. Which means you have to go through town to get here. Sits rather close the the county courthouse complex and just out of reach from the rest of the businesses in the downtown area. If I remember correctly I entered here on the side street and then exited out onto the main street. It was nice to be able to pull up, do my thing, and then keep my day going.

I don't think I really need to go into much depth about the services they provide as everyone should already know. What I appreciate about this location is that they have a drive up ATM that takes deposits, no envelopes required. I hate having to walk into a bank to try and deposit a check and my mobile app for my CU doesn't always work. Funny thing about this building is that they have bird deterrents around the edges of the building but the birds has still somehow managed to get around them.

I have been a loyal customer since then. I financed my house through Somerset Trust. Credit Card, Revolving account, etc. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE!! Their customer service is now sub par. I was actually just laughed at by a service agent. They do not care about the customer anymore.
