I had an appointment with Victoria and she was so sweet and seated me fairly quickly even though I was early to the appointment. She clearly explained to me how things worked and the pricing of everything. She wasn't aggressive or rough when she was working on my nails so that was a real big plus! So I ended up getting a gel full set, coffin shaped, with ombre glitter. The price was $45 since the glitter was powder and lasts longer. Their selection of polishes aren't amazing and there are only 4 types of pedicures to choose from. Prices from a pedicure range from $22 to $37. They do accept cards but, no american express or discover. At the end of the day it seemed super cut rate. The massage was extra lackluster. She applied no pressure at all. Love this place! The ladies who work here are so friendly and they take time and care to ensure everything was perfect. I got a regular gel manicure, and I was very impressed with how it turned out. The application is so smooth, and she filled each nail neatly out to the cuticles. I have pretty deeply curved nails, and in nearly every salon I've been in, the technician never bothers to fill it completely out to the left and right edges. This leaves an annoying gap of nail on both sides they I've just gotten accustomed to. However, here, I was just shocked that she filled it all the way, and my nails look amazing. My friend got French tips and they looks crisp, clean, and even. I will be back soon for a full on mani-pedi and I can't wait. They will do whatever they can to squeeze you in if you are a walk-in and they are busy, and they will also do whatever they can to accommodate your requests. Very clean and nice place. I was told to recommend Victoria, but she is on maternity leave until July so I had another lady do my nails and she did a pretty good job! I showed her a picture of a design I found online and she did it almost exactly the same. The only complaint I have is the fact that I had to explain to and remind her about four times what I wanted even though the picture was right in front of her the whole time. She seemed to be in a hurry and didn't follow the picture exactly, but she did a pretty decent job. Also, the nail with the "v design" on my ring finger was painted lower than the picture so you can see my real nail through the tip. Also, one was a little rough so I had to file down the glitter coming through when I got home. I went there to get acrylic fills. Although the staff was very friendly, they did not follow what I wanted. I just needed a fill but the lady doing my nails insisted that I need a whole new set because it was lifting. But then, while she was trying to take my acrylics off, she found it quite difficult to get them off because she couldn't find spots that were lifting. Also, I asked for an ombre pink to white but she would keep saying the way she was doing it "is better" than what I wanted and it ended up being more of an uneven french manicure. The shaping was not good. I went to another nail salon nearby immediately after to reshape my nails. She also cut my cuticles too much, causing me to bleed in multiple spots and it was painful for quite a few days afterwards. I ended up paying $80 for my manicure here that I was not happy about. read more
