They've come thru for me when I needed money and waived fees when I occasionally mess up. I've had both business and personal accounts here. They don't offer construction loans, but besides that, I don't know why anyone would go elsewhere for banking services unless you like paying more money and want to have all sorts of limitations on your accounts. Like how low your account balances can go without getting charged, higher interest rates, etc. They know have automated tellers which make banking transactions much quicker. But you can do mostly everything on their mobile app now, like deposit checks up to $5000. After all these years, I'm still very pleased with their service. Parkside is a smart choice.

The system has to be outdated or cheap as it is having multiples issues on both ends. I reset my password and the next day it told me it was wrong, okay reset it again, choose the password I had though I chose, "can not use your previous password" as well as changing my security questions to something I would never pick in a million years. As soon as I'm back in the area I'm taking all my money out and starting an account with another bank. Again great people in the bank but the over all corporation sucks.
