These guys are amazing. I moved in a few blocks from them and they have everything I've needed in stock and are incredibly knowledgeable about everything I've asked. The subject matter is so confusing and can be really intimidating to get into, but I am constantly able to come in here and ask someone a ton of questions and get really helpful answers. I used to like this store and purchased products from them for the last few years. Then I just went there and they were out of the usual pre-cut Harvest Keeper Vacuum Seal bags I get, so I was going to get the rolls instead. Then a young possibly new sales guy grabbed a different brand I've never heard of off the shelf. He said these are the same as the Harvest Keeper, I said same as the 11 X 19.5 Harvest Keeper ones I get? He said yes exactly the same, I glanced at the box saw the numbers 11 and 19 and didn't look close enough since I trusted him as the sales guy. So I went home then realized they don't fit in my vacuum seal machine. I called the store to notify them the sales guy gave me the wrong information I'll return the rest and I want a refund. They said it's my fault for not looking at the box regardless that their sales guy gave me the wrong information. I've spent minimum hundred of dollars there a month. Now they've lost a customer for life over $30 and I'm telling all my grower friends to never go there. read more

Store is great amazing selection of all your hydroponic needs. Without throwing out any racial profiling accusations, I find it very disturbing that a lady followed me around the store both times I have been there. Never greeted me nor asked if I had any questions or needed help. You need to be a member to shop here so if theft issues was the reason for it I still do not understand. Overall the store has ample supplies, the customer service is just greatly lacking and could use improvement. With so many cameras I see no need to follow me around the store constantly, I am no thief. read more

Awesome spot! I dropped in here because my normal spot didn't have part of the nutrient line I was using in stock and I desperately needed it ASAP. I decided to give First Hydro a shot and I couldn't be anymore happier! Not only did they have the bottle I was missing but it was a few bucks cheaper and the cashier was super helpful and nice.
