This is in reference to the UT Federal Credit Union that is actually in UT hospital. My son was…read morereleased from the hospital today and as we were leaving the doctor asked me to pick up a CD from Medical Records. I asked the two ladies in this useless credit union if my son could sit there in their chair for five minutes until I got that CD to take to Vanderbilt Hospital and they said no. My son has double pneumonia. And is scheduled for open heart surgery at Vanderbilt in a few weeks so I didn't think it was too much to ask if I (he) could borrow the chair for five minutes so that he didn't have to walk with me since he was out of breath. If it wasn't so sad, it would almost be funny at how cruel people are these days. With that said I'm going to make certain that every family member I have remove themselves from this credit union since they are so heartless and inhumane. I sure do hope those two little ladies that were working on November 4, 2025 at 11:30 am have the day they deserve or better yet the life they deserve. It takes a useless worthless person to do such a thing And I wouldn't let my dog be associated with her credit union. Thank you,Tonya Hill
