I worked for this Company from September thrpough the end of the year 2022. The Senior VP Fred Landrum is rude and ignorant and talks to employee's like they are his children. They are unstable and do not have communication between their management staff. I was hired as a collector promised a hoop of dreams which resulted in all lies. I was doing fine up until I was asked and sent accounts via email for me to put through my own collection agency skiptrace softeware to locate their clients accounts. After I complained about the garbage accounts FCS management were given me to collect things turned for the worst as far as being a hostile work environment. They monitored all my calls constantly on a day to day basis, like such as 6-7 hours a work day. They collect on out of statue accounts ranging back as far as 2009 and expect collectors to hit unreasonable goals on debts that are uncollectable with no leverage to collect since the consumer does not have to pay or settle the debt. My direct report was Chuck McNally who I had or have no issues with, but he was under the command of a jerk named Fred Landrum who took over his managerial staffs duties and talked to employees any kind of way. There bonus structured sucked and employee's who had been there for many tears were not meeting theor goals either. I don't see how the company survives on the numbers that they collect mpnthly by each employee. The benefits at the Company are the worst in any employment industry I have seen. If you like a chaotic work day this is the place to work. If you like productive working environment employment and stabilaztion I would run far away from this Company. They will fire you if you challenge them on any work tasks that you are given. Any employee should have a privilged right to share there concerns with HR , but in this case with FCS if you complain to HR Director Carla Long she will just go to the Senior Vice-President who gives a lot of insults. This company is from the pit of hell, racist, bias and a bad working environment. I have a cause of action that I am in the process of filing againt this shady illegal Company. I am so glad that I DO NOT work for this Company and regret the day I came across their ad for a collector's position. I made a payment and you guys put it under the wrong account of someone with the SAME EXACT name as me. I have called multiple times every time the same answer how yes my payment went thru but still my ISSUE IS THAT YOU ALL TOOK MY MONEY AND credited it towards SOMEONE else's account and don't seem to want to fix it. I paid this months ago. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. no one at this place knows what they are doing. they really have no idea and doubt they even know their ass from elbow. it's messed up that i have to deal with this because of YOUR mistake entering MY payment to someone else's account. read more

Found an item I owed for a small balance for an old Gym membership I cancelled. Disputing the debt was a run around so I decided to call in to make the payment just to get rid of the headache from popping up on my Credit Report. I called Friday 1/8 JUST TRYING TO MAKE THE FULL PAYMENT. They've transferred me from one department to the next. On top of it all the rep is rude. Explained to me how even though I'm 23 I would need my parents to call in because I was a minor at the time and they would need to hear their verbal authorization to make the payment. Today I had them call while I was with them and then this bs company says they can't take the payment because the card is under my name. EVEN THOUGH I'M RIGHT NEXT TO THEM. 23 YEARS OLD. They would need me to transfer the funds out from my account to theirs just to make the silly ass payment. read more

ive been calling since 10am e-coast time(live in oregon) they had me on hold for every question, like i asked for the website to make a payment, the answer was that they were down..(the internet) i ask Anna what was the website, she put me on hold but didnt mute and she Said WHAT THE HELL? im like i know you picked up the wrong customer. she then proceeded to put me on hold, picked 3min later then hung up. even sent me to the M.O.D. and he hung up. i then talked to anna again and we set an appointment for me to call back. she didnt pick up at the appointed time, someone else picked up and then after a few mins the phone was disconnected. when she did pick up after me calling a number of times she picks up and the hang up, then after all that, im being sent to a voicemail. how is it so hard to make a payment. mind you i just found out about this ticket after trying to get my D.L. ...20y ago. no info on this.first company who is giving the most prob to payoff a bill...smh read more
