We…read morehad our car fire burst into flames and burning all of our personal items including debit and credit cards just after leaving town for a long road trip. This happened late on Friday afternoon during the Holidays when people have places to be and things to get done. Community National Bank bent over backwards and stayed late to help us get temporary banking cards. We would not have been able to continue our trip and make a family funeral without them. We never would have gotten this level of service from a big national bank. I would probably still be on hold to a call center overseas. In three years, we will definitely have to relocate to Texas.....we will exhaust our money in the expensive " Golden State. " We definitely can survive in MW on my SSA and my wife's part time job there. I still recall how I was treated with superb customer service by the new accounts rep, as well as one of the banking officers, whose name I cannot recall, but who resembled the great Dallas Cowboy Bob Lilly from back in the seventies. I had an account that was free with spirit of…read moreTexas when Simmons bought them out they begin to charge me a service charge on my account I realize they sent me a book that explained fees but I signed the contract for a free account not one with charges and I was required to have the account due to a construction loan. I had $50 worth of charges before I realized I was being charged again lack of communication on their part. Beware!!!!
