We were Instantly greeted by the teller who directed us to a service representative. The service rep was so friendly, answered all of the questions my father had for her, and made sure she covered all bases as far as what they have to offer. Once we were all set we headed off back home to handle business! Few hours laters we needed to come back to get a letter from the bank with a letterhead and a signature and what would have usually taken hours to receive from another bank it only took us 2 minutes, if that! Although the staff was kind, once I reach the front, i was told there was not enough money in the drawer to cash a $1200 check and to please wait...after a few moments I was then told they did not have enough cash to cash the check. I would have to go to a sister branch 20-30 minutes away. No confirmation even if those branches would have that money if I drove there. I am just surprised to say the least as I saw the teller next to me shell out $800 and the drive through teller ask the woman to come in side for her $1000....I am assuming that the additional $200 was just too much.
