First Choice Windshield Repair - After. Scott fixed it! - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Mission Viejo, California

Yesterday, I received a nice gift from a semi while driving on the freeway - debris to the windshield of my BMW i4. And it was SUCH a good day until then! The spider-like damage was only about one-inch in diameter so luckily a windshield replacement wasn't necessary. The first windshield repair company that I called was unable to come out for a couple of days and I didn't want to take a chance driving the car and further damaging the windshield. I requested a quote through the First Choice website and Scott responded immediately. He was in my garage repairing the damage within a few hours! Scott was friendly, efficient, and I am barely able to tell that the windshield was damaged. (The only reason I can tell is because I know exactly where the damage was located.) And the price was more than fair! I'll be calling him back to fix the chip in the windshield of my daughter's car! Highly recommend!! read more

Coming off the 73 to the 5 South, and friggen rock jumped up and nicked my windshield a few days ago. I got Scott's number from a friend of mine who used Scott in the past, so I called with confidence. Scott was just finishing his last "scheduled" call for the day, but offered to come over to my house in Dana (right now) as he was just leaving San C. Scott is a super nice guy. The kind of guy you feel like offering him the job because he has wonderful demeanor about him. Anyway,.... it took about 40 minutes. It was 95 bucks out the door (although I put a little extra on top) and you CANNOT see where the ding was. He did THAT good a job! Thanks Man! I will send you business when it arrises! read more

Scott was great! Contacted him via text after my Tesla got a chip in the windshield and he was prompt in responding and coming out to do the repair. His communication couldn't be better, prices were competitive and best of all he came to my home and was done in 30 minutes. read more

Scott did an amazing job. I was referred to him by another repairman who highly recommended him and now I see why! Scott was able to get to me the same day. Will be using him again for anything like this in the future. read more

Scott took away my frustration. He fixed my rock chip within four hours of the occurrence. He does fast quality work with a friendly smile.

After a bad stroke of luck, I had a chip in my window on my wife's Lexus. Scott responded after being recommended by a friendly company. He came out, fixed the crack in a time efficient manner, was incredibly friendly, and affordable. Fast forward a month later, another spate of bad luck and my BMW has a rock chip from the same part of the 5 - really bad luck. The good news this time is I knew exactly who to call. Scott came out and repeated the same process being efficient, friendly, and cost effective. The repairs on both cars isn't noticeable and I trust his work. Thanks for easing the pain from such bad luck. I hope to never see you again but I know if we do, I'm in good hands. read more

Scott provided the best service both as customer and work done. Would totally go back to him for any repairs needed. Another 5-star experience with Scott. A repair that he had done for me years earlier needed some minor touch up. I can't recommend First Choice Windshield Repair enough! After a rock hit my windshield and left a nasty crack, I was so stressed about getting it fixed. But the repair tech was absolutely amazing--so sweet, professional, and incredibly skilled. He made the whole process so easy and reassuring. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customers. The repair itself was flawless; you'd never know there was a crack in the first place. He worked efficiently but didn't cut any corners, and the end result was perfect. If I ever have a windshield issue again (though I hope I don't!), I wouldn't think twice about going back to him. The value for it is also amazing couldn't have found a better price anywhere else. Amazing service from start to finish--thank you so much! read more

I've used First Choice three times now since 2015 and I'm super impressed with Scott and how he runs his business, which is why I used his services again this time.
