It is very unfortunate that a home health agency that is supposed to be a support system has such rude, unprofessional, unethical, aggressive, argumentative, and bitter clerks who are so into themselves that they cannot see past their selfishness. Or maybe they are just too lazy to be flexible with the schedule when an attendant has an emergency and can't come in. I am specifically speaking about the clerk assigned to my mother's case Yesenia Martinez. This woman is the worst at dealing with people and obviously has no customer service skills or an ounce of care toward her clients. Not only is she aggressive, rude, and unprofessional, but she is also threatening. She would tell my mom's attendants that she would scratch the day if they didn't sign out on time and even when one did, but the token didn't compute, she threatened to scratch her day. Lastly, when I told another person from her agency that I was switching over to a new agency because of Yesenia's lack of empathy and professionalism, Yesenia took it one step further and texted the attendants telling them she was terminated the authorization effective today and for them not to come to work the next day because they were not going to get paid. There is no other word to describe what she did other than relation. Unfortunately, the owner Ms. Rodriguez, for unknown reasons, cannot see how bitter and unhappy this woman is and that she takes out her bad mood and work frustrations on her clients and attendants. read more
