The customer service from the tellers and staff was authentic and they were so gosh durn helpful on each visit. Finally, one of the tellers suggested that I grab some material on their various accounts from an onsite account rep and I took the bait. My personal checking and savings account were set up in less than 15 minutes and I received my new debit card in less than 3 days. I can dig it. I'm definitely the type of user who will primarily review a business if they are outstanding or…read moreterrible, and Renasant (so far) is definitely the former, and I feel compelled to tell everyone about how awesome they are. I recently went through the home buying process and worked with Renasant, and specifically Julia Wilson at the Cool Springs branch. Before starting, I asked a lot of people for recommendations on local mortgage brokers because I wanted to shop the rates and service of a few of the big banks with some of the local ones. Renasant was one of the recommendations I received. I met with the branch in Cool Springs, although I had previously met the Bank president at the downtown location and had a good experience. The meeting my wife and I had went very well. We met with Heath, who manages that branch, after hours (we both were coming from downtown, after work and fighting traffic) and he spent as much time with us as we wanted. He was patient and gave some great advice, even though we weren't ready to start the process. When we were seriously ready and began shopping the rates, Renasant was the lowest at every stage. Out closing costs were about the same as everywhere else and we weren't able to negotiate those down very much, but they very much made up for that in service. The loan officer we primarily worked with, Julia Wilson, was amazing and extremely responsive. Nights, weekends, all throughout the day ... she would reply or call us with the information we needed. To top it off, something came up DURING CLOSE, and the title company told us that we could get it fixed but it would probably take several weeks or months and in the interim we would have to continue paying more than we needed. I emailed Renasant right then and they replied right away. They fixed the issue by sending over updated documents and when I relayed this to attorney sitting at the table, his jaw literally dropped. So far, they have been amazing to work with and I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely work with them again.

First of all, when I called with a question, I had no trouble getting through to an actual person (Robin), *at this location*, on the phone. No convoluted automated response maze. Just keep pressing zero and you're good to go. Walking in, I'm immediately greeted with a "Hi! Welcome to Wells Fargo, how's your day?" An enthusiastic greeting too, pretty clearly not a "I'll say this because I'm obligated to, but I really can't wait to get out of here..." The tellers are super nice and have always been helpful. Even with tasks that in the past, some other banks have been very confused about completing for me, like exchanging foreign currency. Finally, this location is convenient - right at the corner of Harding & White Bridge, in the shopping center. Particularly if it's time for a trip to Target...
