Jamie deserves way more than 5 stars!!!…read more My wife and I have been working with Jamie for more than six months while we were shopping for the perfect house. Even through a failed home purchase (issue with seller not the mortgage), Jamie helped us to navigate our way through things and also to get things established for the next house we eventually found and purchased. She answered any and all questions we were sending her and she was able to break down the answers in a way that made perfect sense to us, not being in the mortgage industry. She even watched the rates like a hawk as they fluctuated up and down and up and down and... In both instances, we did the full loan application, and from the initial purchase contract being signed until we were Clear-to-Close, Jamie got the paperwork pushed through FAST -- pretty sure in record time. I don't know what magic she has, but the the speed that she got things done was impressive!! She went above and beyond in every aspect of her job (and even in many aspects which were not really in her job description). But she helped us SO much and made the mortgage side of the home purchase process completely seamless with zero issues, scares, or turbulence through the 6+ month journey of us finding the right home. Even while she was away from the office on vacation or for other reasons, she was still reachable and also gave us contact info for a co-worker to answer any urgent questions we might have had if she couldn't reply quickly. The level of care and professionalism that she showed us is unmatched to any other Mortgage Loan Originator that I have worked with. Jamie was incredible to work with and if you are ever looking for a mortgage (new, re-finance, VA or Conventional, or anything related to mortgages) -- Jamie is the person that you want to work with to get it done. I know that when we need a re-finance or new loan, Jamie is going to be our first call.

I don't even know where to start! My journey with Jamie has been an absolutely perfect trip! She…read morestarted communication with me while I was filling out an application, on a SUNDAY MORNING, on HER BIRTHDAY letting me know she was available if I needed anything before she took whole afternoon off. She and her team (Kalen and Serena) have all been fantastic to work with. I couldn't ask for better communication. They're available days, nights, and weekends via email, text, and phone. They've treated my incessant questions with pure grace and took care of everything I needed. She walked me through all my options, found me a great rate the same or better than any other company or broker I talked to. She always had a solution when issues popped up, and they even found me a better insurance quote than I had been able to find--by several hundred dollars! (And I was going through multiple independent insurance brokers) That's just one more thing that they go above and beyond on; I never would have expected my mortgage agent to shop for insurance for me! I close in a few short days and they made this entire process easy, ESPECIALLY considering that I requested a date for closing just a little over 3 weeks from when I went under contract. I really can't say enough nice things about Jamie & team. I'd absolutely work with them again in the future for any new mortgage or refinance need, and working with her taught me that I'll NEVER go with a big company again when there's no cost financing available from Jamie instead with a better rate, too! Thank you Jamie, Kalen, and Serena!!!

Every member of this company is outstanding, but Kimi Hancock Helms sets the bar higher each and every day. With the ability to shop policies through numerous carriers, this independent agency offers the most cost-effective and value-driven insurance rates I have ever seen, and I've seen a lot. With over 25 years of insurance experience, Kimi wields a vast wealth of knowledge and gives each and every one of her clients the personal time and attention they deserve. Do you know the difference between ACV and RCV when it comes to your home's roof? Kimi does! Do you need flood insurance, or wind insurance, or an umbrella policy? Do you even know what an umbrella policy is? I don't, but Kimi knows it has nothing to do with a bunch of actual umbrellas. Unless maybe it actually is a policy for your fancy European umbrella collection. When's the last time you actually spoke to your agent? Kimi talks to people. All. Day. Long. If your insurance agency or agent doesn't regularly service your account to ensure your hard-earned money is effectively spent, give Kimi a call. She can help cover what matters most to you.
