I certainly did not expect to be charged $810. $810 for Botox is very expensive and, in my opinion, is absolutely not what anyone would consider "inexpensive." What is even more concerning is that Stefanie herself told me that I did not need that much Botox. If I did not need that much, I do not understand why I was charged $810 for the treatment. As an existing patient, I feel very disappointed and honestly feel that I was overcharged. I believe patients deserve clear, upfront pricing and honest recommendations based on what they actually need--not treatment beyond what is necessary. So this price was only for 1 area. Not really 60 units and not the treatment I expected to receive. The aesthetician even admitted the ad was misleading and said that is why she discusses before treatment but I already wasted my time driving to the appointment. when I challenged her about the advertising g she said, not my clinic, I don't make the ads. At least they refunded my deposit without argument. I think this happens a lot.
