After Kyle finished I mentioned to him that I think he shorted me. I have 2 four foot racks with one side 36 inches inches high, and the other 40 inches. Neither rack reached the top of the sides. Kyle's response was he loaded a 1/2 cord and that's what you got. The next day I measured each stack and sent the photos to Kyle. His response was, I will drop off 30 pieces of wood on your driveway, but I will never stack your wood again. He also stated that I'm the only customer to watch him stack, which he indicated was weird. My response was, what's wrong with someone watching you stack, unless you are going to deceive the customer. So buyer beware, because you may not get what you paid for.

Then, they gave me thoughts on what needed to be fixed on each of them that I could do on my own instead of paying the extra work for a professional to do it, telling me I could call back to walkthrough how to do it when the time comes.
