I ordered the sliders with medium heat, which was just the amount of heat I like. I liked that the slicers included pickles and slaw along with their signature sauce. Crushed ice was available for the soft drinks. My main concern at this place was the price! Daves #2 with mac & cheese, a beverage, and a tip was $25. There are several acceptable lunch options on Greenville Blvd. that are available for lower price points.

Upon arrival, I was told they had inexplicably made the order on Saturday instead and threw it out. Instead of apologizing and immediately fixing their mistake, the manager on duty actually tried to charge me a second time to remake the food we had already paid for! We were forced to wait 30 minutes while staff sought "approval" from an unreachable General Manager to start cooking without charging us a second time. The food wasn't handed to us until 4:40 PM. Because of this glaring incompetence, we missed nearly an hour of my daughter's party, leaving our guests waiting without food. When we asked for compensation for this massive disruption, local staff was totally dismissive, telling us we "had our food" and there was nothing else they could do. We were given the runaround when requesting the General Manager, being told they were "in meetings for two days" and to call corporate. I escalated the issue to Corporate on August 4th, waited the 5 business days they requested for a resolution, and was entirely ignored. If you are planning an event, take your money elsewhere. They do not value their customers' time, they will ruin your timeline, and neither local management nor corporate will take accountability when they fail.
