We had to park on the highway and walk up which others had been doing not sure on legality but we didn't have issues. Were there for a couple hours on a Sunday. Not super busy, the rushing water and many spots to lay out on the rocks were nice and relaxing. The water was very cold but refreshing as well. Sad they don't have real parking but us and others still enjoyed.

Wandering around the waterfront while enjoying the sunset & great jazz! The Discover Jazz Festival in Burlington is annually rated one of the best Jazz Festivals in North America. Quote from the Boston Globe: "Burlington Discover Jazz Festival is a cross between New Orleans (a jazz/funk programming mix) and Montreal (events involving the whole town)...What other Festival has concerts in city hall?"

It is a…read morefemale ruby-throated hummingbird and it is 28 feet tall, more than 100 times the size of an actual hummingbird. She extends across the building at the corner of St. Paul and College streets. The artwork was commissioned by the American Flatbread, the craft beer and pizzeria place that is on the other side of the wall. As it's overlooking a parking lot, you can't miss it.
