The dehumidifier was supposed to be connected to the air return duct. They said everything was done, I paid the bill. I had another HVAC company come out to check the furnace and they took pictures of the hole in my return air duct that was never hooked up to the dehumidifier. Now Jeff wants to charge me to hook it up. Installation was included in my paid bill. Very untrustworthy company.
