Secondly, I am not always an easy client, because I always want perfect and want it yesterday. The job that my husband was interviewing for set us up with Stephanie. Upon meeting her I immediately noticed how professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around good person she is. Not only did she take us to see homes, but to see a variety of neighborhoods in the city that may be a good fit for our family. She truly did her due diligence to ensure that we ended up in the right spot. As I got to know Stephanie better, I learned what kind of fighter she really is and saw how that reflected over to her work. She fought for us to get a perfect home in the neighborhood we wanted at a price that we were pleased with, despite the stale market and low inventory. As a sales person, I'm always critical of another but was amazed by her going above and beyond every step of the way. She is a resource for all things Louisville and even sets up events for her clients get to know people in the area. During the process I think we met everyone on the First Saturday team, as they showed some homes as well. They were all genuinely happy to do so, and I think that is indicative of the environment that Stephanie and Greg have created within their business. I would recommend them all! All that to say that we are beyond happy to have worked with First Saturday, and Stephanie is definitely the reason we got our dream home, even during a crazy time where homes fly off the market as soon as they are listed. I can't recommend the First Saturday team enough!!

A nice bonus is that they have an equally impressive network of mortgage brokers, home staging, and design professionals, so they've got you covered A-to-Z! I always recommend First Saturday to buyers & sellers in the area, and I certainly wouldn't use anyone else. Go with First Saturday and take comfort that you're in the best of hands!

We used Joe to sell our home in Louisville last Summer and he was outstanding…read more Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Joe Hayden Team stood out as the best Louisville has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Joe and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from downtown and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Joe made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Our house went under contract 4 days after we put it on the market at 1% under asking price. We accepted and Joe (and Anne, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended the Joe Hayden Team to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

We found Martin Shuck more or less randomly, and we lucked out. Over about four months we looked at probably twenty houses, made offers on three, (two fell through due to results of home inspections), finally bought one. Mr. Shuck hung in with us all the way. We found him to be thoroughly ethical, always responsive, competent, friendly and patient. Without a trace of pressure or BS. When you see a listing on realtor.com or somewhere, I strongly recommend that you hold off on calling the agent who is selling it and get one to represent YOUR interests, not the sellers Martin Shuck at MLSCO would be a very good choice.
