They are all part of the family and can roam freely (no crates or cages) indoors (couches, windows and beds) or outdoors at will with a beautiful securely fenced back yard with grass, trees, lounge chairs and lots of toys. I moved to area about 2 years ago , at the time I had a basset hound , she was 13 years old and had…read morenever been to a groomer , I used to just bathe her myself , I thought I'd try out this business it was close to my house and my stinky little hound dog seemed to need more frequent bathing because of the sand , they just did a fantastic job with her , cleaned her ears trimmed her nails (which for me to do myself was very difficult) and just made sure she was top notch clean all around she seemed to stay cleaner longer when they groomed her too ! My sweet little hound passed about a year ago , we since adopted our current fur baby a border collie mix originally from Ohio ,she gets overheated easily as she is older and has really thick hair and was used to much cooler weather , so we continued to use their services for cleaning and now haircuts also , they always always always do an amazing job with her , trim her up real nice so she doesn't get as hot and always take great care of her , their pricing is very reasonable and they are always so polite and get her in at a moments notice without having to schedule weeks in advance , I highly recommend this business

Her capacity to care for humans in need is also remarkable. Read on... This year my mother passed away, leaving her precious little pup Kabuki reeling with the loss. A few months later, my father became ill and could no longer care for him. I was also ill (this has been the year from hell) and couldn't come to bring him to his new home with us in Portland with. On short notice, Lanelle took care of him for us for more than a month (maybe even 2?), sending us photos of him in pumpkin patches, doing yoga poses, looking clearly happy. And she did all sorts of extra things to help us, like take him to the vet and calling around to get the certificate of health needed for the ground transport service to bring him to me. And the most endearing thing was how she checked in with me several times after she sent him off, missing him, wanting updates and to know he was well. Now that is the kind of woman you want caring for your special little fur-babies. WOW. just wow. She helped us through a time of crisis, providing Kabuki with stability and love when he most needed it and we couldn't be there for him. We couldn't have done it without her. Now our little pup is happily enjoying his retirement in Portland.
