Why I recommend Linda Rios to defend your rights! I knew…read morewhen my insurance company refused my claim that I may have to be a little patient with the system as the legal system had just reopened from covid-19! I also knew that fighting for my rights was the right thing to do as I did NOT wish to get ripped off this time! I was rear ended by the USPS in 2010 and my lawyer then, compared to Linda, was useless! He did not tell me what to expect, he did not prepare me in any way at all! When the opposing lawyer walked in and they agreed to make it quick so they could go play golf, I knew I was screwed! I walked away with two bulged discs in my neck and $600.00 because my car was not damaged enough for more money! Linda Rios is like a Tigress. She took me under her wing and made double damned sure that I was not taken advantage again! She became downright angry! She told me what was coming, prepared me and practiced with me for the deposition so I knew how to answer the questions and that made it less scary! When the mediation happened, I saw how MANY times they (my insurance company) tried to screw me with refusing to pay on a policy we have been paying on for 28 frilling years! WTF?? Long story short, Linda will NOT allow them rip you off! She will fight tooth and nail for you! I guarantee you, her fees are comparable to other lawyers, and WELL worth it! Many other lawyers settle, and do not fight! I HIGHLY recommend her as she fight like a tigress to make sure you are taken care of!

Their lack of helpfulness and dismissiveness was disheartening. After providing them with all my personal information, such as my name and contact details, they only asked two questions about my financial situation and simply stated that they couldn't assist me, without offering any explanation for their decision, or hearing anything else. I detest lawyers who prioritize profit and self-interest over genuine assistance. They only offer help or assist in the least when it benefits them financially. They couldn't get off the phone quicker after hearing how much I make.

Mr. Vance is a very thorough attorney who looks out for the best interests of his clients…read more I came across the Law Office of Matthew Vance through reading google reviews. From what I read, most lawyers (especially those guys that are plastered all over the roads and TV) are only willing to take on the big cases. They are looking for high dollar claims and don't care too much about any others. This is what set Matt apart. The reviews stated that other customers had contacted the big name guys and had been turned down. Matt was willing to take them on and did great work for them which they seemed happy with. I contacted Matt about a car accident I was involved in, and he assured me that we had a valid claim. He wanted me to focus on getting myself well first and told me to let him deal with all the legal side of it. I went through treatment and then put the rest in Mr. Vance's hands. He was always really helpful and descriptive through the whole process. When it all was over, I felt satisfied and grateful that I had hired Matt for the claim. I highly recommend The Law Office of Matthew Vance for any personal injury case you may have.

Komal Stiver worked with my wife and I to find a very reasonable settlement. She negotiated with our medical provider to decrease the bill owed and handled all of the correspondence with the insurance company. She was ruthless in her pursuit of getting us the settlement that we wanted and deserved after an accident that was not our fault. Komal also communicated well and often. She explained the process to us as we went, clearly defining every step to us since we had never been in any sort of settlement case before. She was very friendly, and she cared about us as people. Somehow, during the paperwork shuffle, my kids and I hadn't made it into the insurance claim and Komal ensured that the three of us were not only included, but received our portion of a very reasonable claim. As an aside, the reason that we heard about Komal at all was because my wife was sitting in a doctor's office waiting to get medical attention after the accident. Someone in the lobby, a complete stranger, asked my wife, "Were you in an accident?" "Yes, I was," she said. "You should get a lawyer," he said. "Here's my lawyers information. She's the best." During a rough season in the world, my wife and I were extremely thankful to have someone like Komal on our side.
