I had multiple questions about the process of wrapping and tinting my vehicle. I changed my mind and asked for a lot of opinions in which Jimmy was completely patient and even told me they appreciate the questions and want me to be comfortable with the process. Because of the amount of work I had done it needed a good 2-3 days, in which I was kept in the loop the entire time. When I received my vehicle back the finished product exceeded my expectations! The next day during the day I checked out the work some more and can tell these guys take their time to pay close attention to the fine details. Well, I am thoroughly pleased, and happy to recommend these guys. I purchased a 2018 Ram 2500 form the Toyota dealership here, and wanted, (well, actually NEEDED is more like it), some step-up running boards to get in this big truck. I also preferred leather seats. Jimmy and the crew added these things with exceptional care and expertise. I purchased the retractable steps, and they worked perfectly and there was not even a smear anywhere. He was able to give me a quote real quick for an installation for a new cat back exhaust system and bolt on a new CAI. At any rate the work was top notch. Unfortunately my battery ended up dying when I was leaving the lot. Eddie and Steve checked the battery and then helped me install one that I had purchased from Auto Zone even though it was after closing time. I accidentally looked up window tint not auto window tint. I got a call from the owner and apologized because I was looking for auto window tint. He said that they do that as well. Long story short. I actually had a 10:00am appointment for yesterday and when i called in to confirm the appointment not only was the guy rude "whoever answered the phone" but he also wasn't aware of my appointment, he kept asking me questions that we already discussed before the schedule appointment. He asked what time i was suppose to come in, what type of car and asked what i will need done. This is where i got confused because what was the point of going over this before hand if no one is willing to take notes or leave remarks regarding my appointment. Once I've provided him with all that info all over again he tells me that they'll have to keep my car no later than 5pm, mind you i was only planning on getting my front windshield window tinted on a 2016 Nissan Rogue being that all my other windows are already tinted. When i asked why the long wait his reasoning was due to having 3 other vehicles before mine. I HONESTLY THINK THEY FAILED TO SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT BECAUSE I KNOW FOR A FACT GETTING ONE WINDOW TINTED IS NOT A 8hour job nor should i have to wait that long period of time if i schedule in advance.
