Pricing appears fair although I have not had such work done in many years. The one issue I had that was not pleasant was a refusal to equate my check with cash in payment and the instance on actual greenbacks only, which I found to be off-putting, having always, in my lifetime, had "cash or check" as a familiar phrase both in business and personally. Oh well, things change over time I suppose. That aside, I think the overall experience warrants my five stars.

Poor quality work as the frames we had given for fixing chipped and came apart in no time. They are also impolite and don't seem to understand how to speak to a customer in a respectful and dignified manner. As far as our family goes, we won't be giving them any more business and will also tell our neighbors (two whom we had referred to them a year ago) about our most horrible experience with this business.

In my occasional dealings with the big box stores when buying paint, there were often questions they couldn't answer. The quality of the prints, the finishing of the pieces, the packaging and shipping are all done with nothing spared and at a very decent price. The customer service from Lew and the staff has always showed me a true concern for any questions I have about making sure the outcome will be amazing. Recently they introduced chromalux metal prints to their offering. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering any as their price for metal prints is considerably higher that other bureaus. I had a conversation with Lew about this and he explained to me the subtle differences in making a chromalux piece that is more complicated than one would think and why other places are less expensive and that there can be a real difference in the visual quality. Well just a couple of weeks ago I gave them a shot on a Chromalux print moderately large and when it arrived I was blown away! All of the other metal prints I have ordered from a variety of bureaus pall in comparison to the print I received from APC. A huge visual difference! Today I received another framed, large canvas piece from APC and everything about it exceeds my hypercritical standards!
