The staff was very helpful in showing the different options. And their website was helpful before I even walked in the door. I knew I would have a great selection to choose from. Poor quality work as the frames we had given for fixing chipped and came apart in no time. They are also impolite and don't seem to understand how to speak to a customer in a respectful and dignified manner. As far as our family goes, we won't be giving them any more business and will also tell our neighbors (two whom we had referred to them a year ago) about our most horrible experience with this business.
