My husband and I lost our kitten very, very tragically (he was shot by a neighbor). After calling around to obtain pricing for a cremation, we landed on Mill Hill because their pricing couldn't be beat. When my husband dropped out kitten off, he said that Mike was very personable, empathetic, and kind. When the time came to retrieve his ashes we went and were greeted by Mike right away.
