My husband and I lost our kitten very, very tragically (he was shot by a neighbor). After calling around to obtain pricing for a cremation, we landed on Mill Hill because their pricing couldn't be beat. When my husband dropped out kitten off, he said that Mike was very personable, empathetic, and kind. When the time came to retrieve his ashes we went and were greeted by Mike right away. He gave us both paw and nose prints of our kitten on nice cardstock. He showed us kindness and generosity when we needed it most. I will forever be thankful for Mike and Mill Hill. If you're in the very unfortunate situation where his services would be required, please give them your business. They really care about what they do and the people and pets they deal with. Thank you so much, Mike! read more
