He kept the truck for the morning and when I came back he told me that the O2 sensor was not quite plugged in all the way. He plugged it in all the way and all was taken care of. What he could have done which is what most mechanics do is replace the sensor and charge me for it because I wouldn't have noticed if that had happened.
