My Wife and I have been patients here for over 30 years. The entire medical office has been wonderful at every level. I was very sad to see some of the negative reviews but some people write negative product reviews because a delivery person kicks a box. So please evaluate fairly. This office helped with early detection of my Wife's cancer and complete survival for 5 years currently. This office has also helped me over the 30 years keep me healthy and out of the Emergency Room or Hospital. I love the entire team at Bucks Family Medicine for all of the dedication in a very difficult field with the public. I HIGHLY recommend this medical office. read more

I have seen doctor files my entire life. He is absolutely amazing and he has given my son the best care and he truly cares about his patients as does the rest of his doctors. My son loves him and Danny and I would be lost without them both. We also love Kelly the nurse who always checks in as my son has had a rough first year with daycare and I'm blessed to have them for me and my son! read more

I have been going to Dr. Danny Files before he had his own office, and I couldn't ask for a better Doctor, He's truly the BEST, anyone who takes me for my apt. says, I'd like to come here He's Great & explains everything, So that I can understand...Not to mention his staff, There so pleasant, and caring, I feel like I'm visiting friends. I've read a few bad reports & maybe it's there attitude that's the problem, Because there all so kind to me as I hope they feel I am to them. He has Many patients & I wouldn't think he would if he wasn't Great! They schedule aptoinments where you get in to see the Doctor between 10min to 15min, many times 3min. Quite shocking how they schedule so perfectly. I would Never go to anyone else, Thank God he is younger then me so that I wont have to worry about that. AMEN It's a shame that so many people are so self centered and think that there extra special, I'd like to say that I feel Special going to Dr Danny Files (Bucks family medicine on Trenton Rd. I've gone to Bucks Family Medicine since I was a child and have been satisfied with the service. I cannot comment on the other physicians but I have always gone to Michael Morganstern since he has been there for a while and seems more experienced. read more

Some times you do not realize how great of a Dr. you have until you have to use another Dr. for some thing else. I have always been seen on time for my appointments, and have never had a problem getting an appointment when I needed it, even on short notice. Dr. Mike is an exceptional person, I treat the staff as I would want to be treated and they treat me great. I think a patients attitude has a lot to do with any negative reviews you read, because I have been going to this office for over 20 years and always the best service. Just recently I have had to go to a specialist, I have walked out of two offices because of the long waits, and 1 because of the Doctors attitude. I wish all the Doctors were as good and caring and on the ball like this office. My wife and my daughter feel the same way, and we will continue to use this office for all of our needs. You can bet that when you read a negative review about this office that the person writing it is one of the demanding type and thinks that they are special, well we are all special and this office treats us as though we are all special patients and no one gets special treatment over the rest. read more
