This is number 3 out of the 5 in Vienna that i have used…read more The place is BIG like in a big gymnasium with very high ceiling. My first impression was COOL, it does not smell her like in Praterstrasse McFit. But after walking around i notice they have all the same machines as the other two, but in a little bit better layout. Nice big windows on one side of the Gym which was cool, until i noticed that the machines there were facing into the room and not looking outside. From this point i was loosing interest once i got on the tread mill (Running Machines). They were on the middle of the gym (NOT by the window face out) and they were facing the cycling machines. This meant the entire time i was running i was looking directly at other people cycling, which was really disturbing and uncomfortable. I only ran for 30 minutes as it was just too disturbing. VERY POORLY LAID OUT. So far the i rate the McFit gyms as follows. 1st. 1070 Mariahilferstrasse 96 2nd. 1210 Brunnerstrasse 73a 3rd. 1020 Praterstrasse 62-64 Not ranked yet - 1100 Laxenburgerstrasse 66 Not ranked yet - 1220 Breitenfurterstrasse 43-45

People who work in this club are crocks and extremely unprofessional! I bought there two men's…read moreshorts and paid 40 EURO with a bank card. Since I did not know which size will suit my friend better I asked whether I can return the second pair of shorts. The man at the reception confirmed that I can return it. The next day I came to the club and returned one short. The manager of the club Mr. Brian Wimpel told me that they cannot give money back by cash because I paid with the card, and they also cannot return it now to my card because a person who is responsible for bank transfers is not in the office. He kindly asked me to provide my bank details and promised me that tomorrow the responsible person will transfer money to my bank account. He also asked the lady at the reception to write an email with my bank details to him and to the responsible person. He will answer to this email and confirm that a transfer should be made. The lady at the reception also took the original receipt from me. Thanks, God, that I made a copy of it as well as photos. Three days have passed. I did not get money. Nobody from the club contacted me. I started to call and to write to them. Then I got an email from Ms. Aisa Joldic that Mr. Brian Wimpel reconsidered his decisions because they do not accept any returns and that they can offer only one-day card for the club. I do not need the card, I need my money back. I asked her to connect me to Mr. Brian Wimpel, he refused to do it. I asked her to connect with another manager, he told me that everyone is on vacation and will not talk to me. She was rude and useless. I told her that I will go to the police and I will report this case. She told me that she doesn't care, I will not get money back and that I can go to the police. I am shocked that such people work in Holmes Place. It is simply a shame. They are lying, they are absolutely unreliable, they are extremely unprofessional. Avoid this place!
