I suggest bringing your own. There are many pools and many sun beating areas. There's also three pools specifically for children. At the time we went it wasn't very crowded and it was nice and quiet. There was also a restaurant with a salad buffet and other food Such as pizza and fish and chips etc. I think it's a bit expensive but it's a good option in bad weather.
