After not finding what I needed at other banks I decided to stop in and see what Fifth Third had to offer and I was not disappointed.
The location has a drive thru, ATM, and a lobby. The bank is not a stand alone building but a part of a modern, multiuse facility. There were spots for 2-3 tellers inside and two offices for loans, accounts, and business banking. As a chain, they have branches and ATMs all over the United States which is a positive for people who live, travel, and work in multiple states.
I was greeted quickly when I walked in by the teller and the branch manager. After telling them what I needed I worked with Grace, their personal banker, to set up a new account. She went over all the options for different accounts, had literature prepared I could take with me, and answered all my questions. She was organized, professional, efficient, extremely personable, and polite. It took less than 20 minutes to get everything set up.
I was able to make my first deposit the same day I opened my account, set up direct deposit, and was on my way with a smile on my face from a great experience. Overall they made a great first impression on me and I look forward to being their customer in the future. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bank in NE Indiana. read more
