Be very careful when dealing with this company, I do not believe the dealer I worked with was intentionally trying to scam me but my first question I asked was if the car I was looking at had a clean title, (I knew it probably did not from the little research I had done) the dealer told me yes. I test drove the car, definitely something off with it.
The dealer was eager to sell the car at a sticker price that would be very reasonable if it had a clean title but I was still suspicious so I went home and looked at the CarFax. I was right, the car was in a really bad wreck and when I came back to the dealership a week later it was clear how poorly the car had been rebuilt.
The same dealer greeted me and admitted he had not been told it was a rebuilt title when I brought the issue to his attention. He then called whoever must own the dealership and they were very quick to provide a price that closer to what should have been advertised on a rebuilt car of this make and model.
I obviously did not buy from this dealership and I would advise others do extensive research prior to purchasing from 5th Gear Auto.
Again I do not think the individual dealer knew he was lying to me, would have been nice for him to check before telling me it was a clean title, I do however not trust the owners as they clearly seemed to know what the car was actually worth and are still advertising the car at a price reasonable for a clean title. Very unfortunate, hope this helps. read more
