Not only are they experienced riders, but they're also experienced stunt riders. They recently performed at the Moto GP in Assen. What I really love about them is that they're honest. If a job ends up costing more time or work, they will definitely NOT milk every penny out of you for it! After being a loyal customer, I sometimes go in for something that barely takes any time and when I ask what the damage is they reply with "naww, it's okay". I was there with this one guy whose gas tank was completely stained and corroded from the inside. He paid a fixed price to get it cleaned, but these guys ended up spending MUCH more time fixing the problem that was worse than initially seemed. They ended up cutting the bottom of the tank, cleaning the living shit out of it and welding it shut and then applying a coating on the inside with the special rotation machine thingy they have. They didn't charge the guy an extra dime!! So, not only did they not take the easy and expensive way out (having the guy buy a new tank) but they did all of that for the original fixed price!!! The coating alone is quite expensive. I highly recommend this shop to ANYONE with ANY kind of motorcycle!

I wanted to buy a friend of mine a new front tire for his birthday. Weird present? No. His front tire was almost non-existent. Seeing I ride on the back once in a while...let's say some self-interest was involved. So, I called Paul (one of the owners) and explained the situation. He tolled me to come over when I have time, no problem at all. Last Saturday (busiest day of the week for them) I dropped in with my friend and his bike and Paul popped in the tire in between jobs. Great service I think, no waiting at all! That doesn't give a shop five stars in my opinion. It's the atmosphere at this place that makes it a great place. Laid back, joking around but getting the job done. Also, I asked a ton of questions and Paul and his colleague took their time to answer them all and explain me technical stuff. Nice!

They found out it needed a proper maintainance. The previous owner probably skipped one. In only 2 working days they order pieces and worked on it. They shown me all the pics of parts they changed and also how bad were spark plugs. I ride the bike and i immediately felt the difference compared also before i had a problem. Really well done guys. I will surely come back for other checks.

You need to provide an ID they can keep while you have the bike. I suggest bringing a library card, medical cannabis or something like that...I didn't want to part with my passport or drivers license for two week. lol. But they were cool. They will work with you. They are fabulous. I rented a bike for 2+ weeks and probably rode 100 miles on that thing. It was awesome. They put a bag on it, adjusted the brakes halfway through and were so helpful. I will definitely rent from them next time or even buy from them if I move there.

To say, this company deserves two stars might be true. The customer service is all right, but when…read moreit comes down to it, I had a terrible experience with my bike. First off I had to bring it back multiple times. The wheel went flat, seat kept turning, no lights on so I wasn't able to ride at night at all. To top it off, I paid for an extra day so that I can waive a late fee, only to find that the person didn't put through my information and I had to deal with sending emails and my bank information to them in hopes it won't be tampered with. Can I even trust a tiny shop like this? I said the customer service was all right, but the way they handled the situation was completely pathetic. They could've talk to me and made things more clear before I left, they could have reached out to me immediately after, they could have done so many things, but they chose not to. And for that, I leave a bad review, and I hope your business gets what they deserve. Mass marketed bull crap, if you ask me.
