Gli utenti possono vivere i diversi ambienti interni totalmente arredati e attrezzati - chiamati appunto "Case" -, creativamente e autonomamente, facendo esperienza diretta di tutto ciò che è presente: food & beverage, design, casalinghi, wellness, elettrodomestici, elettronica, tessile casa... L'assortimento rappresenta la filiera domestica dei prodotti e gli stili di vita, abbracciando l'intero "mondo casa". Creativamente perché PRESSO offre agli utenti la possibilità di rendere unico il proprio momento avvalendosi, con un costo a parte, di svariati servizi opzionali (come cuochi, attori, musicisti, baby sitter e molto altro) e ampliare così la propria esperienza. Autonomamente perché il format consente la libertà di scegliere gli ambienti da impiegare, per cosa usarli, in quale momento della giornata, per quanto tempo e, in ultimo, quanto spendere in funzione di queste scelte. Vige inoltre il libero servizio, vale a dire che non è indispensabile il supporto del personale, comunque sempre presente in caso di necessità.

So this seems to be an event space and we lucked into it by accident thanks to the Milan Expo and…read morethe region of Valtellina who was using this space to showcase their regional food. It's a good space - not huge but enough to have a serving table, like a buffet, and tables for approx 15 people. The location is also pretty darn good, as located on the trendy Via Dante, so if a local, you can totally rock this space out. Speaking of the event itself, they served two plates. A hot plate and a cold one alongside dessert. Liked the fact that the cost of the plate included a glass of wine. I got both plates and so tried both the red and white wines, and for me the white was the standout. In the hot plate category, I really really loved the mashed potatoes in green beans - those beans were so good, they just melted into the potato flavour while bringing a bit of their own herb like taste. Just delicious and I could have gobbled heaps more. They also served a spetzle like pasta which was super hearty (Valtellina is located in the alps after all). Their cold plate was not their memorable - just cheese and beef. A shout out for the desserts served tho - both the yogurt and the olive oil cake were super delicious.
