While competitors like to talk about delivery times of several days (like Kornblum, across the street), Optik Zentrum Harrislee gave me 30 minute turnaround time. Hansen mans the desk, and greets customers. He has a competent assistant who takes care of other customers while he's busy. And then the lab. Free parking is available, and the shop is easy to find. The pricing was very, very favorable, and the next time I'm in Flensburg and need some optical work, this is the place I'll go. The waiting area is in a lavendar color -- but the good news is, you don't have to wait long!! In these modern days of poor customer service and outrageous prices, Optik Zentrum Harrislee is a welcome exception to the norm. Great prices, quick service, and excellent selection.
