Just like everything else in the economy, their prices go up and their quality goes down. Recently had a couple pigs done there. I got the ham and bacon back a couple weeks ago. Went use a pack of fresh cured ham..... oh dear lord!!!! If I could put pictures on here I would. Fresh?? absolutely not!! The dang ham was FREEZER BURNT!!! Cured??? Half *ss. Enough to give it some flavor. It was frickin bloody. Never ever had cured ham with blood oozing out of it. WTF???!!!! NEVER getting meat done there again. I personally took care of these pigs knowing the hard work I put in them would be worth it in the end. Now I'm eating someone else's pork that's been in the freezer long enough to get f*ckin freezer burnt. These are the type of people that give small businesses a bad name.
