I was a skeptical and always was, but knew I wasn't going to fix this myself. Went to Dr. Han on recommendation of a co-worker of mine. After listening to my concerns, and 20 minutes of relaxation, massage and consultation, Dr. Han explained that I had a torqued pelvis, probably due to years of playing golf, not stretching enough, and bad body positioning during sleep. He fixed me up, and off I went. Since then, I've been back to Dr. Han twice, basically for the same thing (each visit six months apart) while I have focused on correcting the bad habits, strengthening my core and hips. It's really made a difference, and I have appreciated the guidance Dr. Han has given me to correct the issue, and not just "pop and crack" everything. Dr. Han comes highly recommended by me, a self-proclaimed skeptic of chiropractors, and while I'm around, I won't go to anyone else.
