Payed them for dog training and they were good in the beginning they did 5 days with my dog then they were closed for the heat and all that never got back to me about bringing him back and then they locked up and moved I payed for the package 2 and payed in full but I only got 5 days of training and nothing else never called for anything about bringing him back to train and honestly haven't even see a change in my dog. read more

I have an aggressive dog that's getting worse. Took him in for an evaluation but they couldn't work with my dog. I was there for a total of about 5 minutes, that was enough time for these professionals to know they couldn't help me. He kept lunging and barking at Patrick and his partner. I tried calming him down with treats but one of the trainers told me to stop rewarding him for his behavior. Then said "I'm not training that f*cking dog" and went inside. Their safety is important so I get it. Patrick stayed outside and talked to me for a few minutes and gave me some advice. He's a nice guy. Sounded like my dog was the first one they've had to turn away. This review is just based on my experience. I'm sure they can work with everyone else's dog and mine was just the exception. read more

Love Fidelis! We bought a very large dog for our family, and we knew very little about how to train. That all changed when we found Fidelis. Brad has worked with us many times, not just in a one on one class, but just as I'm picking up my dog, he takes the time to explain what we should be doing, and expecting out of our dog. I knew I was seeing a change in our dog when I took him to petsmart, and he did not pull on the leach once! I had 2 toddlers with me, a cart of dog food, and I didn't once have to worry about my dog and if he was going to pull or lunge at another person or dog. It was incredible. Leilani really worked with us to understand how to use a prong collar properly, and it has really paid off. Love the trainers at Fidelis K9 Training! We signed up for the Companion 2 package and our 1-1/2 year old yellow lab and on Day 6, she is already sitting and staying while distractions are happening around her. We have noticed vast improvement in her behavior at home, and the command "Focus" will get her back on track when needed. At home she heels on leash and in the house off leash; sits and stays; sits and stays at threshold (when we go in and out of doors); she relaxes in her kennel now; she focuses on us more and while she was able to "read the room" prior to training (e.g. eventually stopped asking to play while we would eat dinner), she obeys immediately now. He would try to upsell other services when never even completed the service I paid. Communication is terrible. I asked for my $$ back 2x and I was ignored. They never finished my training or contact me to make an attempt to deliver what they promised. They took my money and I feel scammed. Also if you are a single woman I would stay clear of this place the owner is acting very predatory to say the least, he stated he is going through a divorce to try to pick up women. I have PTSD from dealing with this business. I don't even want to put any of this here but hopefully it would be helpful to someone. To start, I have been a customer of this organization for about a year. I try to make it a point to support local family run businesses as I grew up in one. I Initially I sent my dog to be trained as a puppy, and then started to utilize their daycare system. Throughout our time with this company I experienced very poor communication regarding their ever changing plans (such as no longer offering smaller training packages but one large one that covered what we had already learned at a very high price), and changes in times and days of operation (e. g. daycare, group classes) without any notice via text, email etc. It's been frustrating but my dog loved it there and we enjoyed the staff. I recently have been trying to renew our doggy daycare package. I moved too quickly and made the mistake of paying $1250 to their Venmo email address which could not accept payments. Patrick's wife called to work this out with me and as I voiced my stress about the lack of time I had to deal with getting my money back from Venmo and paying for additional sessions out of pocket without having my money reimbursed yet prior to picking up my kid and starting work that evening. She in return wanted to complain to me about all of her responsibilities as well, stating she had 5 kids and ran two businesses. I found this to be very unprofessional and the conversation did not go well. Nevertheless she signed my dog up for daycare the following day and I had agreed to make a payment in person. The following day I went to pick up my dog and encountered Patrick and started to discuss what happened with his wife. He asked what my complaints were about his business and as I started voicing them, without dismissing the accuracy of the complaints, he blamed it on his staff, newness of the business, lack of knowledge of a computer program they recently started using, and a recent increase in rent. Becoming ever so frustrated with his dismissive attitude, I said let me just go ahead and pay for today and Friday's daycare, as I was ready to leave. He quoted me $40 per day for doggy daycare. I had never heard of such an amount from their place or actually any other doggy daycare in the area. So I said forget Friday I'll just pay for today. Granted one of my complaints was the increase in pricing from the first time I purchased a daycare package to now ($500 for 25 sessions versus $600 for 20 sessions). But I had still been willing to pay up until that point. With his expectation that I paid $40 for doggy daycare, I said I would just pay for that day and sever ties with the organization, which he wouldn't accept at that point so I left. Not two hours later prices were posted on Facebook (see photo) reflecting daycare packages which were different than the ones quoted to me by his wife the day prior (see photo) AND by him in person ($35/day v. $40/day). They have been quoting higher rates to me than they posted on Facebook. I am so super disappointed in this company that I had high hopes for as they are part of my community. As I have told Patrick and his wife, they do a great job training dogs but, unfortunately, their lack of organization and unprofessionalism has lost me as a customer. I went to an open group dog training tonight with Fidelis K9. I was more than impressed. Patrick is a true dog whisperer. So personable with his humans and his furries. I went tonight thinking "I hope this helps this time", since I've taken her to two other trainers. Delilah is a skittish labradoodle who barks and runs and hides anytime we have company. By the end of 1.5hrs with Patrick, they were almost friends. When we got home, my kids had friends over. Normally she would have barked at them and hid. She came in with confidence, didn't bark and even approached one of their friends. Huge accomplishment! I signed her up for a 5 day board and train. After weeks of searching for the right type of training for my border collie mix puppy while in the midst of a pandemic, I found Patrick and Fidelis K9. My puppy lacked confidence from lack of socialization and I lacked confidence and education on how to best help my pup through this time. Gus was barking at all humans and dogs just a couple of weeks ago. Walks were horrible and stressful for both of us. I loved him so much but felt like I had made a huge mistake. If your looking for a fun, reliable, family oriented training for your pup i promise this is the place! I took my 1 year old german sheperd/border collie to see Patrick and holy cow. After just 30 minutes my dog was able to walk by other dogs without lunging or barking, following commands better, just overall seemed more confident! And that was just 1 private session. We then did drop off the following day(8-5) and it was like night and day difference with our dog. He doesn't go after other dogs now, doesnt lunge to other dogs or people, and seems focused more and has more confidence. And that was after 2 sessions. I was eyeing this training facility for the past 4 months and I am so so glad I did this.
