I was very impressed with the level of superior customer service I received from all members of their staff. I ordered parts for my awning, they arrived within 2 days, from FL to CA. Unfortunately, we ordered the from the incorrect model and parts didn't work out - our fault. When I called back to seek guidance, they asked me to take photos and send them in. When I called to follow up, they suggested that I call Tech Support to troubleshoot the issue because I may need a different part than the one I ordered.
Since this was outside my area of expertise, I asked my husband to call. My husband is extremely picky and critical, but the first thing he said when he got off the phone with them was how great they were and what terrific service he received! Every business should be modeled after FIAMMA. read more
