That being said, I scheduled several appointments via his site, received a confirmation email of the scheduling, received a reminder email the day before confirming my appointment, only to have no one show up or call to cancel. Each time this happened it was another lame excuse. ONE time (after the second or third missed appointment) someone did show up. He was hours late, but did a good job. I attempted to build rapport with him in the hopes of establishing a professional relationship. No such luck.
