We were apprehensive about buying furniture at Sam's. We had not heard the best but it was a bed…read moreframe so what could go wrong. We went in to buy a Serta mattress, our current mattress is a Serta and we love it. They talked us in to a Simmons Beauty Rest, come to find out they were just trying to get rid of that style mattress. When our bed frame was delivered the side boards were damaged. While we waited for new bed rails we noticed our bed was hard and did not provide the cooling mattress they promised. Also the bed made an unbearable creek every time you moved. We thought that would be fixed with new side rails. It took eight weeks for the new side rails to come in. By the time the new bed rails came in we had moved the bed to our guest room because it was so uncomfortable. The new bed rails are not damaged but they make more noise then the damaged ones. So now we are sleeping on our old bed being woke every time one of us moves because the creaking is so loud. $4000.00 dollars later we have a new guest bed and a bed frame that is pretty much unusable. The smart bed. It is amazing. So they have it, and it's on sale for half the price that it would be if you bought it straight from China! I thought it was too good to be true. Nope. Then I had a bad feeling that they wouldn't actually ship it to me since they're in AR. Nope again. If you order online and you're in a different state, the website doesn't take into consideration that you might need to pay for freight shipping, so you might want to call first. They still are very inexpensive with freight shipping. Anyway.... Thomas and the guys are amazing. We had a snag with South East Freight Lines, but they were diligent and put up with me asking excessive questions with grace and poise, and WE GOT OUR BED YESTERDAY. It's amazing. I can't say that enough. These guys are first class all around. I will never buy from a local place now.
