Mr. Wright's installer walked off the job before the work was completed. The doors were gouged, blemished, streaked, and didn't match. Mr. Wright never came to see the doors. The owner came out talked a big game about integrity and wanting to make it right. Upon leaving he said he would have someone out the following week to scope it and fix what they failed to fix the first time. We heard nothing from C King the following week. My husband reached out to the owner directly several times and never heard back. After all the rain we had in late March early April we came home from Spring Break to a river in our basement. Now we are not only out $7,000 but now we are moving on with a different company and will be out their cost to fix what C King couldn't/wouldn't. We will be reporting C King to the Better Business Bureau for breach of contract. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
