My only issues was that the original proposal included cordoned trees to keep them small and fruit bearing. Instead, they brought trees that were too old and too tall to keep cordoned. Theses large trees were not planted at the angle that they should.

The retaining wall is beautiful and professionally constructed with an attention to the optimal height for efficient water drainage while not diminishing the curbside appeal. They worked efficiently and put in extra time due to some rains which created a work stoppage in the early stages of the project. They were intentional in communicating the process of the project as ideas unfolded and their expertise and suggestions were invaluable. I would use them again for landscaping projects and highly recommend them.

They constantly had excuses for why they didn't come out as much as they agreed to. They upcharged me saying they would do turn maintenance (take care of weeds) and they did not. The final straw was that their weed eating damaged my siding. When I called to ask what they were going to do to fix it they never called back. I complained to the BBB; the companies response was that the damage was there prior to me starting with their company. I have pictures to prove that it was not. They clearly do not take responsibility for their actions and provide a subpar product.
