My daughter was involved in a car accident while riding with her friend and her friend's mother…read more Prior to the accident, she was a national champion in track and field, but unfortunately she injured her knee in the crash and was unable to continue competing. I reached out to The Barnes Firm and spoke with Mr. Michael Cooper to see if we even had a case. From the beginning, he was confident and told us we absolutely did. My daughter attended physical therapy, although not as frequently as recommended because she is a very active high school student with a busy schedule. Even so, I made sure she continued doing therapy exercises at home. Despite the limited number of therapy visits, Mr. Cooper still worked extremely hard for my daughter and was able to secure a very generous settlement. He was persistent throughout the process and refused to accept the lowball offers that were initially presented. What really stood out to me was his communication. Mr. Cooper always kept us informed and responded quickly whenever I emailed him. That level of professionalism and dedication meant a lot to us. I would absolutely recommend The Barnes Firm, especially Mr. Michael Cooper. He did an amazing job advocating for my daughter and making sure she was treated fairly.

I am pretty sure this is first time a yelp rating failed me so I personally have to assume the near 5 rating is from friends and family. I have had to monitor the fees closely (noted instances of double dipping) and the office staff says to me, after OVER 8 months working together by email, phone and mail, that they didn't have my correct email for very important timely items. I am nearing case completion and WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW with even more details when they can no longer jerk me around.

One meeting with The Multerer Law Form and I was confident I had found the attorney that would best represent my case. I worked with Mark Multerer and his Assistant Carol. These two took an extremely difficult and stressing time, and eased it. Mark was upfront and honest, yet also reassuring that he would fight for me to the bitter end,. He did just that. My case was a difficult one that had slim chances, yet he still not only took the case, but won. He always took calls or returned them if he wasn't in... PROMPTLY. And if he wasn't in, CAROL fielded calls and concerns.... She really is the glue that holds everything together and I will miss my conversations with her the most! Together they are amazing team. I could not recommend a law firm more!
